Giorgio Longdo was born in 1957 in Brockville, Ontario, CANADA. During Giorgio's boyhood several people called the voice of George Longdo little mario when he began singing with his boy soprano voice in Chatham in Saint Andrews public school and then in Bathurst, New Brunswick. He moved with his family to Ontario and later studied music and voice at the Royal Conservatory of Music in Toronto. There he won the coveted Mario Lanza Scholarship in the tenor division. For the last 25 years Giorgio has continued entertaining in Canada and the USA with performances on stage, TV and recordings of his Great tenor voice.
He has thrilled thousands on records and in person even till this day. His Tenor is still continually associated with the Great Tenor the late Mario Lanza who blessed the world for such a short time. Giorgio Longdo is now refered to as Canada's Mario Lanza.
